About Us

Terry Azzouz has been working within the foster care system for over 35 years. She has witnessed first hand the struggles administrators face in maintaining health records for clients. The tons of papers and documents. The over stacked binders. The need to copy, print, scan and send documents for audits… four times a year!

That’s why we set out to create a better way.

At St. William Health Records, we manage health records for Residential Treatment Centers, Group Home and more.

Our Founder

Our founder saw the heartbreak of social workers spending hours on paperwork instead of with the children and families who needed them most. We know that every minute spent struggling with forms and filing systems is a minute that could be spent fostering connection, building trust, and creating change. St. William Health Records was born from the understanding that when systems work better, people thrive.
